Jen’s Water Offerings ( By Appointment Only or private group):

Mindful Movement and Meditation This 75-minute offering has three main components: breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation to equalize and harmonize your body, mind, heart, and spirit. This course is a perfect addition to any water practice and is designed to make everyone feel welcomed and accepted, regardless of their level. All Levels are welcome and embraced!!

Water Rooted Reiki and Meditation: This 60-minute offering utilizes ethical energy exchange from Reiki and other metaphysical tools on the water and a guided meditation to open the lines of communication with your inner self.

Healing Circles on the Water: Jen integrates the power of the water and self-healing in a 120-minute mini retreat. We come to a circle to share, ground, and connect, then wade into the water on our paddle boards for a gentle water practice.
